I also fell sick under the full moon. The 12th house stuff really came up and out 🤢😩
My relationship with Cap energy is challenged. My dad is one of those super stellium Capricorns and we always had a rough relationship. As I get older, I'm starting to heal those parts of me that needed him when he chose money instead. I took on a lot of responsibility too soon (sun/Mercury opp Saturn) and have held onto it like a comfort blanket. I realize it no longer brings me the comfort it once did to be in control of EVERYTHING. So I'm trying to loosen the reigns and reach out for support which is the hardest thing for me.
I’m so proud of you!!! This line hit me particularly hard: “I'm starting to heal those parts of me that needed him when he chose money instead.” We have the same experiences growing up 🥺 my dad is a Capricorn rising too and has always chosen prestige and power over love and family. As he softens into old age I feel like that’s shifting for him. I have a very complicated relationship with Carpicornian energy. I am also cancer rising, but for me capricorn is too square, structured, metallized, when I want to feel, flow and let myself go.
And rather the earth energy I need comes from the taurus (sun or ascendant), which fits wonderfully with my sun in libra.
So the way you have placed it helps me more to connect with the Capricornian. And you've inspired me to try to manage my money better.

capricorn energy is complicated for me, mainly because I have 5 planets stellium there and they're all conjunct one way or another 🤣 especially with neptune/venus/uranus trio which feels like the opposite of capricorn energy if that makes sense? but oh well, life's all about learning I suppose.
the full moon this month is lucky in a way, got my recipe right on first try, and resourced my way to a heavily discounted takeout meal for 2 people — quite a match for Taurus rising I guess :))
as for what I want to confront during the capricorn season, it's probably my habit of too much planning yet not enough action 🫠 I found myself waiting for just the riiight time / hour to do stuff, and frankly, there's not much difference in when you start doing stuff as long as it gets completed.
I like that! “Too much planning, not enough action” is definitely very Capricornian. I realize it’s related to the desire to control. We gave my Cap stellium housemate a HUGE surprise recently and his only response was “I’m annoyed.” When we asked him why, he said “because I don’t feel in control. I have no idea what’s happening in this surprise.” HAHA. We have the Cap new moon coming up on the 30th! Can you try setting intentions instead of plans? The difference between an intention and a plan is that an intention leaves room for flow. You’re still heading in the direction you want to go, but you allow the method to change, too. ♥️♑️
